1. Right to withdraw
If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.
2. Withdrawal period
The period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the courier, acquires physical possession of the goods. For an order delivered in multiple lots or pieces, the period runs from receipt of the last lot or piece.
3. How to exercise the right
Before the deadline, send an unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw to:

5. Returning the goods
After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicated withdrawal. Contact us first for the correct return instructions and destination. You normally bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
6. Effects of withdrawal
We will reimburse eligible payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required by law. Additional delivery costs resulting from a more expensive delivery choice are not reimbursed.
7. Reimbursement timing
We will reimburse without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
8. Diminished value and exceptions
You are liable only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning. The right does not apply where a statutory exception applies.
